Catching Up....

Just wanted to update the blog with some pictures from the last couple weeks....
Daddy went out of town for four days for work..... he was greatly missed! We tried to survive without him.  I took the boys for a walk one day......

 We sent daddy pictures to tell him we missed him....

 We went out to eat almost every night.... I just didn't feel like cooking for the two of us!

 We had a few tears...

 We loved getting everything out of the cabinets....

And got really excited when daddy returned! We attempted to recreate the picture from our first date 10 years ago... we've added a cute four-legged son and an adorable almost two year old to the mix!

Also this past week, Zander had jersey day at school.... GO GATORS!

We watched Daddy and Uncle Boomer participate in a Revolution Run.... basically they ran a 5k while a Revolutionary War Re-enactment was going on.

We visited Uncle Boomer's office... it was one of the first times Zander has been in the principal's office.... I don't think it will be his last! haha

We went to a Wake Forest-Virginia Tech basketball game.... mental note..... bring more snacks for Zander.... he was attentive and watched the game as long as I kept feeding him!   He got restless when the reserves had run out!

We watched the Super Bowl in our bedroom!  (notice the snacks on our dresser).... turns out since we don't have cable.... the only television that picked up NBC on the antenna was our upstairs TV.

 I took Monday off with Zander since he got a cold over the weekend from the Revolution Run... it was pretty chilly outside!  Zack took Tuesday off to give our boy some extra snuggles.  Basically, due to the congestion, he struggled to keep anything down.....so we had some messes to clean up.

 Today, we were back to a normal schedule!
